  • Exercise/Yoga for at least 30 minutes
  • Practise meditation when possible
  • Listen to your favourite song
  • Only follow accounts that make you happy
  • Call your best friend or loved one and chat
  • Do a face mask
  • Do a hair mask or oil massage
  • Binge your favourite TV Show
  • Eat something that makes you happy
  • Read a new book
  • Enjoy the fresh air during a walk
