What form of exercises can I do to stay fit even with this sedentary lifestyle?

My current lifestyle doesn’t support a healthy lifestyle. Long hours of sitting endlessly in front of the screen, no time to cook meal so use the read to eat food. I need help. What form of exercises can I do to stay fit even with this sedentary lifestyle?

Since the pandemic began, most of us are having this lifestyle. You need to prepare a timetable and follow it. Try to eat fruits rather than junk food. Try eating vegetables which need not need to be cooked like carrot, cucumber, tomato etc. These are even good for your health rather than the ready to eat foods.
