If you had to change one habit of yours in 2021 what would it be and why?

Since the pandemic has begun it has been overwhelming for all of us, and while it is sometimes very convenient to ignore your emotions, it’s the last thing we should do. I want to reduce stress and sleep well. Stress can build-up in your body over time as well. Hence, expressing your anxiety is better than suppressing it. If you do not communicate and keep over-analyzing things in your head, your stress levels are bound to touch the roof. When we are stressed, our brain releases cortisol which can prevent the brain from functioning in the right manner.

To be honest with you, reducing my screen time is something i desperately want to accomplish this year.

I would say that I want to do this year is to be a pro in filtering out negativity that the pandemic has caused around us as well as reduce overthinking.
